About Us
We are Frederik and Angelique, from Belgium. We met in Belgium during our university studies and started our life together in Brussels. After working there for a couple of years we decided it was time for a new adventure, in Portugal.
We renovated this beautiful Portuguese country house in 2010 and have since been running the B&B. The constant flow of new customers keep us on our toes while enjoying the peacefulness of the Portuguese countryside.
Chopin, our Portuguese rescue dog, has been with us since the beginning and he is as much part of the team as anyone else. He will welcome you at the gate with a bark and accompany you to your room. In the morning he quietly takes his place under your chair while you enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful views of the valley.
In April 2015 we have had the pleasure of welcoming our first daughter, Elouise, to our wonderful life here in Portugal.
And in July 2018, Manon, our second daughter, made our family complete.
